Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct safety and health training for employees
- Develop and implement risk prevention plans
- Perform workplace safety inspections and risk assessments
- Create safety documentation and conduct training sessions
- Manage personal protective equipment selection, certification, and inspections
- Coordinate health examinations and maintain safety records
- Investigate workplace incidents and near-misses
- Monitor safety metrics and drive improvements
- Lead corrective actions for safety non-conformities
We Value If You Have:
- Education or certifications and knowledge of safety regulations
- Fluent in Latvian and English
- Computer proficient
- Strong communicator and team player
- Self-driven with attention to detail
- Adaptable to dynamic environment
- Manufacturing experience a plus
